So there has been a little confusion going on about the "Last Tree's show". It is not our last show by any means. Tree's unfortunatly will be shutting down after the 1st. Thats right you heard right the venue that has been the staple ROCK! venue for Dallas Texas will no longer be. This venue has brought you bands like Nirvana, Marvelous 3 and almost every local dallas band that made an impact on the Dallas scene over the last 15 years. So they are having one last show and you guessed it they have asked Rockett Queen to be a part of it. We could not be more thrilled and flattered about this. So make sure you come out to share this one time event this will be your last chance to see a fucking Rock show at the best venue in Dallas Texas. Hey guys just wanted to drop in and let you know what we have been up to lately. Alot of people have noticed the shows have been slowing down in the past month or so, and for good reason. We have been working hard on bringing you guys some new Rockett Queen music. We have been going back and forth from studio to studio to work as fast as we can on finishing the new tunes. We are curently finishing up 3 new tracks in Dallas's Fastest rising new recording facility Dang Studio's. The very same that brought you "The Next Big Thing" from the buzz oven compilation. Also heard on 102.1 the Edge in Dallas. Also we have joined forces with Tyler Texas's own Rosewood Studio's for one track, Which is best known for their work with Lee Ann Rhimes and DC Talk. Also droping some of their skills on some of the new indie favorite Isley record. We couldn't be more excited about these new tracks and will have some samples up just as soon as we get them. See you guys soon. Oh yeah! As were finishing the recordings the shows page will begin to fill up again so keep your eye's on it for when we hit your town.

Last night a friend of our's was killed crossing the street on South Broadway in Tyler. I can't begin to describe the loss this is to his family and friends. For those of you who have been to our Skateplex shows in Tyler you might have noticed the awesome text allways scrolling in the background of our set on the huge screen behind us. That was all from Ryan. He allways did everything in his power to make Rockett Queen shows go extremly well. Everything from funny and cleaver text going on behind us. To making sure the stage was built on time everytime, even when he was sick. To the friends and family of Ryan O'Neal Farrell We are very sorry for your loss. Hey guys got some great news for everyone. We have been selected to play the Ernie Ball Battle Of The Bands stage at the Vans Warped Tour this year in Houston Texas. This is going to be a great show so get your tickets now for the Houston show. The date for this show will be June 25th. Now to some more entertaining news. Here's a peice of advice if your going to run across the street with a bullhorn in your hand i would suggest not doing it in College Station. Walter Lee was hit by a passing car (and truck) last night in College Station after the show. While having some fun with the locals, Walter stepped (or ran) out into the street not seeing an oncoming car and was hit and thrown thru the air about 10 feet, only to be stopped by a collision with another truck. The car's windshield was shattered and the truck was left with one big body sized dent in it, but Walter walked away with nothing more than a few bruises. So the moral of the story is. If someone pulls out a bullhorn on a busy street. WALK AWAY!

Well Tyler never stops amazing us. We had a great time Wednesday at the Skateplex. Thanx to everyone that came and rocked out with us and Forsakken Heritage. Hey guys, the shows last weekend went great. We want to say thank you to all who made it out to Houston and Dallas. Well it seems that 97.1 the EAGLE has taken to our new single and has added it to the Local Show and Rubber Room playlists. So what we need you guys to do is call in and let them know how much you want to hear "Rock Song" on the radio. Call at 1-214-787-1971 or 1-817-787-1971. You can also email your request to Robert@kegl.com for the Rubber Room or localshow@kegl.com for the Local Show. Even if you don't live near the Eagle, call anyways. You can still listen on the website at www.kegl.com. Since we're on the subject of the Local Show, we will be playing the Local Show on October 13th at Trees in Deep Ellum. Be there at 9 p.m. because we play first.

We're living GHETTO FABULOUS!! For those of you who are not up on their ebonics, that means we're broke as fuck. You might notice that we have added a few things to the site, one of them being a bio page. You can now read all about your favorite band just by clicking that little word above 'biography'. Also we have now started a lyrics page for the new songs. So run on over and brush up for the next show. Speaking of new songs we have just finished recording our first single off our yet to be titled, and soon to be released, new album. It's being sent to mastering as we speak and will be released to radio very soon. So keep checking back for it to be officially ready for download. We have also added pictures from recent shows. You can check those out by clicking on 'media' and then 'pictures'. So that's just about it from us this time, but we will have lots more in store for you guys very soon.
